WHAT IS THE HIGHEST PRESCRIPTION YOU CAN MAKE?
The highest prescription we are able to fill is...
- Sphere (SPH) less than -6.00
- Cylinder (CYL) less than -6.00
For certain frames, we recommend lower ranges.
Don't worry. We will reach out and make recommendations when necessary.
If prescription is outside of range:
- Customer will be notified via email
- Order will be cancelled
- Refund will be issued
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
.SUPERIOR is not in-network with insurance providers, however, you can claim reimbursement with our itemized receipt if your insurance plan covers out-of-network providers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY GLASSES?
- Processing: 1 to 3 Business Days
- Shipping: 7 to 14 Business Days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
We are committed to the quality of our products. We include a one-year warranty* on all frames and all lenses.
*Warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects.
Please note, the warranty does not cover scratches, heat or physical damage, lost items, or any tampering with the product (such as using glue).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted up to 30-days with your proof of purchase.
All items included in the order must be undamaged.
Process:
- Hold on to the box that came with your items.

- We will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Online Returns will be refunded once we have received the returned items. Refunds will will be issued in five to seven business days, after receiving items.

A Valid Prescription must have
- Doctor's Information
- Expiration Date
- PD (Pupillary Distance): If your prescription does not have this, please reach out to your Doctor to request.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET USED TO MY NEW GLASSES?
It can take up to 2 weeks to get used to new glasses, especially when you have a new prescription.
New glasses can lead to sensations of dizziness, nausea, or headaches as the brain adapts clearer vision. This is normal.
Many individuals adjust quickly, however, persistent symptoms after two weeks warrant a consultation with an eye care professional.
For a smooth transition, wear your new glasses consistently, allowing your eyes and brain to adapt more smoothly to the changes.
